My journey began with a vision: to help women entrepreneurs rise confidently with practical, smart, and sustainable strategies in a rapidly changing digital world. Early on, I was supported by a small circle of powerhouse women—Jacqueline Dawkins, Equilla James, Janet Winston, and two remarkable contributors who prefer to remain unnamed. Their wisdom, encouragement, and belief in me laid the foundation for what this company would become and gave me the courage to step into bigger rooms.
Every vision requires transformation. As my company evolved, I realized the next level demanded a new kind of leadership. What once was a team has become a mission-driven movement—lean, agile, and fully aligned with the future I’m creating.
Today, I lead as a solo founder and one-woman powerhouse, empowered by a smart combination of tools, training, and coaching.
Though the structure has changed, the mission remains the same: to deliver excellence, integrity, and transformative solutions to the women entrepreneurs I serve—and to inspire them to step boldly into their own growth and success.
